Module dependencies
Human resource module uses FRM, SYS, TSK modules. The principal module object – Staffer relates both with sysUser and crmSubject.
The CRM functionality is strongly dependent on the task-management modules. Sales campaigns, key account management tasks and other CRM care is managed by tasks and methodology derived by the tsk module.
- Module it tightly integrated with the VoIP and email services from the system module.
- The sales module uses the CRM for management for offers and sales orders.
- CRM is also strongly used for helpdesk functionality.

Addressbooks
CRM servers not only for the business purposes but provides general functionality for the contact management including synchronisation with mobile devices or external applications like Mozilla Thunderbird or outlook. The synchronisation actually depends on the Saber module.
