System Rights
System rights defined by the framework
Remember:
System rights are managed by the system administrator. Neither users nor the user administrator operates directly with system rights.
User administrator set system rights via the system-predefined system group. System rights are assigned to the system groups that are assigned to the client-defined users’ groups or directly by users.
Individually defined system groups are supported but administrated by the system administrator.
Rights defined by the frm framework:
- frmEverybody basic right necessary to work with system. Necessary to login
- frmObject:print – gives right to print from system
- frmObject:export – gives right to export data to the excel format
- frmSettingsVisitor - right for system administrators. It gives them right to see the system rights settings but without right to manage it
- frmAdmin – right for system administration by the client administrator
- frmPowerUser – right that allows some powerful functions, e.g. multiple update of several objects at once. Right shall be assigned only to fully responsible persons because it allows functions that go around common controls
- fmrFulltext – right for using full-text search above files & objects
