System Rights

System rights defined by module Sales & Asset Management

Remember:

• Rights to manage assets, offer, orders and other objects are not managed only by system rights but also by rights to access the business area. Person shall have not only the system rights but also rights to operate in the business area
• System rights are managed by the system roles. User administrator that is not also a system administrator may not assign the system rights directly.

Basic rights

amEverybody

Basic rights for anybody working with the module. Without this right, module is no available

amAdmin

Administrator of the area. Person with this right has access to the area system settings and manages the system areas related with the asset & sales management.

User rights related with asset management

assetPurchase

Right to purchase assets and manage information about the purchase prices.

Necessary also for setting the actual prices of the asset nad depreciation scheme.

System rights linked with the stock management

• stock – General right to all objects and operations related with the stock. No one can even see an object without this right. Right also pro stock responsible and warehousemen
• stockFreeOuttakers – Right for person, who can get asset from a stock without former permission from another person. Typically, the right is assigned to the technicians, production managers etc. Smaller and service-related companies often assign this right to everyone.
  Stock manager can directly generate stock dispense to persons who have this right
• stockIssuesProducer – Person who has right to generated dispense permission to anybody else. Typically, managers have this right

User rights related with sales

Pricelists management

• priceListEditor: Right to set up the trading (sales) prices, create new price lists and work with them

Work with sales offers

• offer Right to see offers in the system. Does not allow to see prices in offer. Intended for persons who prepares offer technically or review if the offer is technically acceptable. Necessary for anybody working with offers
• offerMoney Right to create and offer including prices. Without other rights this rights one does not allow set up individual offer prices or discounts.
• offerMoneyDiscount RIght to individually modify the offer prices and set up discount

Work with customer orders (delivery orders)

Rights to see prices in orders are based on the offerMoney right as well.

• order Right to operate with orders without access to the price data.
