Communication geateways
Communication gateways describes system connection to external systems used for communication channels
The gateway description is designed to server generally to any type of the communication. Currently it supports:
- Data exchange over the email servers (IMAP/SMTP), optionally also POP3
- Telephone exchange connection to make phone calls and SMS messages
- General connector used by other modules. It is used by the web module for web form data inputs.
Multiclient definition
Each communication gateways is linked with single client. Channel cannot be shared or accessed by another system client.
Single-user definition
The channel can be linked with single client configuration. Particularly,
- Single user can connect the gateway with its own mailbox folder and process selected emails in the system
- Each user could have its own VoIP phone number personally assigned and make all VoIP communication over his/her own number
Access data protection
Access data are stored out of the system and there is no way how to access them except using special library that is makes a standalone access point.
All data are encrypted and the encryption data area unique for each client. They are stored separately from the encrypted data and not accessible.
