How is managed access to the employee data according to the GDPR
GDPR requests that only those that really needs access to the employee data could be allowed. That's mean that system should restrict that only responsible human resource assistant could access the data. It the HR department have more assistants each can have access only to those data, that he is responsible to.
However, company shall have some possibility to get access to someone else if the responsible HR assistant is not available
The employee-related business processes
The business model presents principal processes related with the employee management
The processes related with the work control are marked as external because they are management by the task management module. Other processes are managed by this HR module.
The data access rights for HR assistant
HR assistant roles
There are several roles for the HR assistants:
- Responsible assistant
- Deputy of the responsible assistant
- Interim assistant responsible only until the primary assistant is not available
However, there should also exists someone who has right to manage the assistants:
- HR Team Leader have right to assign any assistant to any employee / staffer to any of the roles mentions above
