Completely new functionality

Module supports communication with external telephone switcher. User can call directly from AyMINE and view who is calling them. Although major benefit of the functionality is for CRM module, the principal support for settings gateway to the VoIP and managing settings for users is a part of the system module

Improved functionality

• List of history of changes supports detail of view with all details about single record in modal view
• Error protocol switched detail of the error message from clip to the regular view. It simplifies browsing and presents data if larger window. However major improvement is support for previous/next buttons in the detail

Improved functionality

• Support for individual sorting of the published information at the internet notice board
• Information about discussion related with record improved. Newly the mark button distinguishes between discussion older than a week and a newer one.

Copying files between objects

Large redesign how AyMINE manages stored files. Newly single stored file can be referenced from several objects. The file is stored until last link is active.

The redesign was developed primarily to support object cloning (new version of object with stored files).

System does not make any control if newly loaded file is the same as some already existing.

Moving files from one object to another one

Single or several files can be moved from single object to another location (another object). User should have editing rights for both object for file moving.

Improved DMS functionality

• New filters on the list of files – default filter hides old and rejected files
• Improved work with file types
• File description by default hides long description which makes the dialog simpler
