Module dependencies
Human resource module uses FRM, SYS, TSK modules. The principal module object – Staffer relates both with sysUser and crmSubject.
The CRM functionality is strongly dependent on the task-management modules. Sales campaigns, key account management tasks and other CRM care is managed by tasks and methodology derived by the tsk module.
- Module it tightly integrated with the VoIP and email services from the system module.
- The sales module uses the CRM for management for offers and sales orders.
- CRM is also strongly used for helpdesk functionality.
