Task management module contains dozens of objects, not all of them have published technical documentation. However almost all have business documentation

Helpdesk support
Several modules cooperate on the helpdesk functionality. Although it is based on the tsk object tskProblem that serves as a helpdesk ticket as well as SLA conditions described by the tskSLAContract object, major part of the business functionality is managed by the CRM module.
